What is a Customer Statement?

A customer statement is a printable document intended to provide an overview of the payments and credits attributed to a specific customer.

How do I print a Customer Statement?

Customer Statement's are printed from the customer card.

  1. Navigate to Customers > View Customers & Prospects and select the customer you wish to print a statement for.
  2. On the Account tab of the customer card, click the button called Generate Account Statement.
  3. Select a Start Date and End Date and select Download as PDF from the dropdown.
  4. Click Okay to generate the statement.

This template is stored here on the file server: /private/www/netosuite/SysDoc/emails/customer_statement_pdf/.
