Customer Registration Emails

What is the Customer Registration email?

Our system includes a number of registration emails. These are all stored here on the file server: /private/www/netosuite/SysDoc/emails/customer_registration/.

They can also be access through the control panel by navigating to

Settings & Tools > All Settings & Tools > Email Templates > Customer Registration Emails

We recommend backing-up all emails before making modifications.

eBay Customer Registration Welcome Email

This email is sent to the customer after their first purchase from your Maropost Commerce Cloud store via eBay. It provides system generated log-in details so they can track their order.

Non-Registered Customer Account Activation Email

This email is sent to the customer when they complete the guest checkout. It provides system generated log-in details so they can track their order.

Customer Registration Notification Email (To Company)

This email notifies a new user's company of their registration. There is also an identical template included for wholesale companies.

Customer Registration Welcome Email (To Customer)

This email is sent to the customer after they register via the front-end.

Wholesale Customer Registration Notification Email (To Company)

This email notifies a new user's company of their registration. There is also an identical template included for non-wholesale companies.
