Customer Emails

What are the Customer emails?

Our system includes a number of account-related emails. They are listed below.

First Purchase Email

This is the email sent to the customer when they make their first purchase on your site.

You can configure this email by navigating to:

Settings & Tools All Settings & Tools > Email Templates > Customer Emails > First Purchase Email

Customer Change Password Notification Email

This email is sent to the customer when they change their password.

You can configure this email by navigating to:

Settings & Tools All Settings & Tools > Email Templates > Customer Emails > Customer Change Password Notification Email

Customer Recover Password Notification Email

This email is sent to the customer when they reset their password from the log-in form. It contains their new, system-generated password.

You can configure this email by navigating to:

Settings & Tools All Settings & Tools > Email Templates > Customer Emails > Customer Recover Password Email

Customer Recover Username Email

This email is sent to the customer when they request their forgotten username from the log-in form.

You can configure this email by navigating to:

Settings & Tools All Settings & Tools > Email Templates > Customer Emails > Customer Recover Username Email

Customer REferral Commission Notification Email

This email tells the customer how much commission they have earned.

You can configure this email by navigating to:

Settings & Tools All Settings & Tools > Email Templates > Customer Emails > Customer Referral Commission Notification Email

Accessing this template via SFTP

All of these emails are stored in the following directory on the file server: /private/www/netosuite/SysDoc/emails/customer/.

We recommend backing-up all emails before making modifications.
